Artwork Upload Instructions

To ensure the best print quality, all artwork must meet the requirements below before uploading. Please review carefully before placing your order.

File Requirements

  • File type: PNG only

  • Resolution: 300 DPI

  • Background: Transparent

  • Color mode: RGB

  • Design size: Upload at the exact size you want printed

How to Get Your File to 300 DPI

If you’re unsure whether your artwork meets these requirements, here are easy ways to check or fix it:

  • Canva:
    Download as PNG, select Transparent Background, and set the size correctly before downloading (Pro required for transparency).

  • Photoshop:
    Go to Image → Image Size, set Resolution to 300 DPI, and ensure the background is transparent.

  • Illustrator:
    Export as PNG, set resolution to 300 DPI, and confirm transparency is enabled.

  • Designers:
    Ask your designer to provide a 300 DPI transparent PNG sized for DTF printing.

If your uploaded artwork does not meet these requirements, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
No exceptions. We do not resize, redraw, convert, or fix artwork.
